Steps:
1. First off, when your at your private page, underneath "add stuff!" it'll say;
You're checking out your new private home page (?) back to the old private page
Click on back to the old private page. It's the older version, & it's ALOT easier to manage :)
2. Let's get your skin off. See this?

This is your private start page on Xanga. You'll only see this page when you sign in. You can: |
^ click edit.
3. To the left top of the page, it'll say edit info, then underneath that, delete, and underneath that, make this your active theme? Uncheck the box that says make this your active theme.
4. Click save. Have patience, sometimes it takes a really long time to save, or a couple tries, since themes is so dumb, but it should eventually save. Sometimes after you click save, let it think for a while & if it doesn't do anything log out and try again.
5. Once it's saved, your public preview will pop up, themeless. White and plain. The search bar is like a brown color. You following me? Now go back to your private page.
& then you are done.
